Multi-Stage Fuel Manifold


Our manifold can accept up to 4 valves (lean out, enrichment or a mix), each station with its own bypass pill. Just like our popular single valve, this sexy piece has an "IN" and "OUT" in each end for ease of plumbing. The default configuration is a manifold loaded with 3 valves. Use the pull-down below to add a 4th or knock it back to 2 for now if you like.  Any stations without a valve are shipped with a plug and a blank pill to disable it.

Our 12VDC valves boast 3500 PSI operating pressure, 7 GPM max flow per station (methanol at @100 PSI, no pill), -8 female ports and draw less than 1.7A. It is simply the BEST we've ever seen for this kind of duty. Rated for CONSTANT DUTY, these valves can be kept activated continuously without fear of overheating.

We partnered up with Leash Electronics for this terrific, compact time controller. Leash has been building race car electronics and nitrous controllers for years. Built to our specs, this control unit allows the user to specify two separate ON and OFF events per pass for any or all of 4 separate channels as desired. This is a perfect controller for multi-stage fuel systems utilizing electronic valves to lean or enrich fuel delivery according to a timed schedule of events. The FIE electronic lean-out or enrichment valves are ideal for this controller!

This rugged little unit is housed in a billet aluminum enclosure and can switch up to 5 amps of continuous current per channel.  Easy to connect and simple to program.

An example setup:
Station 1. (NC valve) "Stage Valve" lean-out to control engine temp while staged, ~700 degrees EGT desired. Connected to trans-brake or clutch switch.
Station 2. (NC valve) "Low speed" lean-out. Allows richer mixture (smaller main pill) off the line for best torque. Once the car gets moving (1.8 - 2.3 sec. out), opens and leans system for best middle track performance.
Station 3. (NO valve) Slight enrichment for best torque when shifting to high gear.
Station 4. (NC valve) "High-speed" lean out for best top end horsepower and MPH.
A channel of the timer is still free to be used to shift by time (twice if desired), activate a shift-light, activate ignition timing changes, etc. since station #1 is activated by the transbrake/clutch switch. If Station #3 is activated with a shifter switch, then you have yet another timer channel to use for something else!
